Amy's Story
Amy N. Brown is the founding attorney and owner of Nashville Injury Law — a firm she built from the ground up around one core belief: that every injured person deserves a close, personal relationship with an attorney who genuinely fights for them.
Before opening her own firm, Amy served as a Senior Prosecutor for the City of Atlanta, where she developed the courtroom skills, instincts, and tenacity that now serve her clients. She then went on to become a managing litigation attorney at one of the largest personal injury firms in the Southeast, building a deep mastery of complex PI cases — before deciding she could serve people better on her own terms.
That decision paid off. In seven years, Nashville Injury Law has become a recognized name in Tennessee and Georgia, with results that include a $5 million pre-trial verdict against a major tech affiliate and numerous successful wrongful death and serious injury cases.
Amy is a persuasive and successful trial lawyer who captures the respect of clients, opposing counsel, and jurors alike. Insurance companies know who she is — and that matters when it's time to negotiate your settlement.
She is a regular legal contributor on 92Q Nashville's Ask the Expert segment, a TSU 40 Under 40 honoree (Class of 2021), and serves on several community boards. Her firm conducts quarterly service projects because giving back isn't an afterthought — it's part of who she is.
"What clients want and need most is the ability to get back well so they can provide for and enjoy their families. That's what drives every case I take."
Amy opened her firm driven by her devotion to her family. As a mother of three, she wanted to craft a life that let her pursue the career she loves while being a present, active parent. That same devotion — to family, to community, to fighting hard for the people who matter — flows directly into how she approaches every single client relationship.
